How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at salurateam@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
3. We will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps

Refund Conditions

• The 30-day guarantee applies to first-time orders only
• Products must be in their original packaging (partially used products are eligible)
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
